Questions, problems or feedback about Mamago — email us.

To help us answer, please include your phone model, the app version (Me → About → Version), the network, and the transaction hash if your question is about a transaction.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or wallet password. Do not send them to anyone — including anyone who claims to be us.

Common questions

I lost my recovery phrase. Can you restore my wallet?: No. Mamago is a self-custody wallet: your recovery phrase and keys exist only on your device and are never sent to us. Without the recovery phrase, nobody — including us — can restore the wallet.
I sent funds to the wrong address. Can you reverse it?: No. Once a transaction is on the blockchain it cannot be cancelled or reversed by us or by anyone. Always check the address and amount before you confirm.

助记词丢了，能帮我恢复钱包吗？: 不能。Mamago 是自托管钱包：助记词和私钥只存在你的设备上，从不发送给我们。没有助记词，任何人（包括我们）都无法恢复钱包。
转错地址了，能撤回吗？: 不能。交易一旦上链，我们和任何人都无法取消或撤回。确认前请务必核对地址和金额。
